  • Yes, we currently offer one-way SMS messaging from providers to patients.

  • RipsyTech allows multiple team members to collaborate on patient notes. With the right permissions, an assistant can enter prescription details, which the clinician then reviews and sends electronically.

  • We offer a comprehensive library of questionnaires that can be sent via email or SMS, and certain pre-appointment questions can be customized. While we don’t currently provide fully customizable note templates, our standard set of templates has proven to meet the needs of most behavioral health clinicians.

    If you have a specific template in mind for your practice, we can develop it for you for an additional fee.

  • We charge a fee of $0.25 for each insurance claim submitted through our clearinghouse and $0.12 for verifying patient benefits. Those are the only costs associated with using our billing system.
